The STRPACK 12-head rotary powder filling machine is designed for high-speed and continuous filling of powders and fine granules into bottles.

The rotary turret structure enables stable, high-efficiency operation, making it suitable for demanding production environments such as salt, seasoning powder, spice powder, and fine granular products.

Rotary Turret Design for High-Speed Continuous Operation

Unlike linear powder filling machines, this system operates in a continuous rotary mode. Bottles are smoothly indexed by a starwheel and aligned with multiple filling positions on the turret, enabling higher output, stable operation, and reduced vibration.

12 Filling Heads for High Efficiency

The machine uses a servo-driven auger dosing system to accurately dispense powder into 12 rotary funnels mounted on the turret. As the turret rotates, each funnel discharges the pre-measured product into bottles positioned below by the starwheel.

Filling accuracy up to ±1% Precise Servo-Controlled Dosing

Auger is driven by a servo motor, ensuring accurate dosing. Filling weight is adjusted through the HMI by changing auger speed, with different auger sizes available for various weight ranges.

Flexible Container Compatibility with Fast Changeover

Interchangeable container handling parts and adjustable turret height allow quick adaptation to different bottle diameters and heights, minimizing downtime during product changeover.

GMP-Compliant Hygienic Design

Product contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel (optional), with the main structure in 304 stainless steel. The enclosed design reduces dust dispersion and protects mechanical and electrical components.

Intelligent Automation and Safety Protection

The machine features no-bottle-no-fill logic, automatic stop in case of bottle jam, and low air-pressure protection, ensuring safe, clean, and efficient operation.

Automatic Rotary Capping Machine

This rotary capping machine handles up to 120 bottles per minute, with a maximum of 200 BPM under optimal conditions. It features precise container handling, a touchscreen storing up to 99 programmable recipes, and adaptable capping chucks for various closure types. Controlled by a PLC system, the machine automatically picks up a bottle cap, grips it, and applies torque to tighten it onto the bottle.

Integrated Pressing and Tightening Function

The rotary head not only tightens the cap but also presses it down during capping. This makes the machine particularly suitable for caps with a tight fit or internal anti-lock rings.

Cap Protection Design

After the cap is pressed and tightened, it can slip automatically to prevent over-tightening and avoid cap damage,maintaining a clean finish.

PLC Control with Frequency Adjustment

PLC control combined with a frequency converter allows easy operation and flexible speed adjustment to match different production requirements.

Wide Cap Compatibility

The machine supports cap diameters from φ20 to φ55 mm and can be configured with 4/6/8 capping heads depending on requirements, providing good flexibility for different applications.
